Agree 100%. UPS is the only carrier I will use. Had the same experience with usps and I had a fed ex driver hit my house trying to turn around in a space way too small for his box truck, guess he didn't know how to back up.

Thanks for the tip Dan. What does blowing air in the air tube do, out of curiosity.

Based on the research I've done and no responses it sounds like the only thing it could be is dry linkage/pump cup. This was suggested but when I looked at it both areas were wet. Guess I'll add a little more lube and see what happens.

The BS averages 560fps with 5 pumps. So far all I know about the 392 is 3 pumps equals 447fps and 8 is 630fps. This is from the seller, I haven't run it over the Chrono yet.
