No, it's not blowing the fuse. I'm wondering if it's not in the power switch itself. I'll check it when I get a chance, but all the connections seemed tight. 

I picked up another fuse this morning, put it in and still nothing. I'm not sure if I want to dig any deeper in to it since I've had it less than one week and only made one fill. I did contact PA but haven't heard back from them. 

I was doing the same thing. I figured I'd do a partial fill to 3000, let it cool then go to 4500. I'll pick up a fuse tomorrow and see if that's the issue.

I don't have a Yong Heng but I would consider setting your compressor in your bathroom and using your toilet tank as a constant source and endless supply of cold water. The downside of this would be that you're running tap water, if distilled water is a must then it may not be a good idea. Just...
