Not so sure that's correct. The language quoted in my first post is from a google page, which was linked on the little box refusing the download. It appears to explain why google blocks downloads. I don't have Bit Defender (or any similar AV).

Actually, even in NY you can ship a long gun without an FFL, as long as you are shipping it to an FFL.

I don't think the USPS can lawfully refuse to ship an airgun. That of course doesn't mean some idiot employee won't refuse to take it. But under federal law there is no restriction and the policies of the USPS allow shipping of airguns.

I'm concerned that these "woke" carriers and the people who work for them are going to harm or destroy the sport. Which I'm sure is their goal. There is no law against shipping an airgun. I believe Fedex refuses - I have always understood USPS and UPS to accept airguns. I'm talking about...

What is a "certified or registered shipper"? I have an FFL but I don't need it to ship an airgun. What exactly do they think you need? 

I don't even bother with UPS (never mind FedEx), or even with the local USPS where I am (suburbs of New York Chitty). I have a hunting cabin in upstate NY and I use the USPS there. Everyone shoots there. Even the (cute) 28 yo woman who manages my local bank account there is an avid...

This was the first patch run through my new Hatsan Airtact the other day, right out of the box. A refurb from Hatsan, not a high-end gun obviously. But I was a little surprised at how dirty the barrel was. Took about a dozen patches to start getting some relatively clean ones.
