Nope !! Never use wd 40 mate, it will fook up your breach O-ring, personally, I only use .22 cleaning kit, dry. It’s perfectly adapted to the .25 barrel size..

Yeah I’m pretty sure that ordering in Europe for the US is gonna cost a bit BUT this barrel is really worth the money spent…
You can just email Rojal and ask them about the barrel !!! They speak a fairly good English but.. Try to keep your message easy to understand.
I had a great experience with their customer service so I guess you’ll be happy too =]
    Keep us informed ;)

    Thanks !!
And it’s cheaper because Slovenia is just near the producer of CZ barrels ;)

It’s an option offered by Rojal in Slovenia you, can chose either the Kral barrel, a CZ match grade choked (the one I chose for 90 euros) or a LW barrel for 150 euros =]

You’re right but the weight distribution make it feels like it’s not that much ^^

    Thanks !!!
Yes this pup is really awesome for the price… Nice looking, easy to work on, well balanced, light, accurate… With a little bit of tuning, it becomes a real tac driver which can just keep up with those high end pcp’s from big companies that cost 3 times the price of the Kral..

I’m still getting used to it and I already have an MOA wide group at 100 meters (and I’ve still not tried the king heavy ^^)

Thanks for the piece of advice mate =)
Concerning the port matching… It basically is as far as we can, obtain the best alignment of ports drilled at the exact same size… Am I right ??

    Thanks for yours answers !!
    So for your questions:
I’ve ordered a Kral puncher Breaker with a CZ barrel and it’ll be Huma regged. It has a 280 cc tube and a max fill pressure of 200 – 210 bars. (I guess I’ll be able to go up to 250 once regged no??)

So I still don’t know anything about transfer port size etc as I don’t own the pup yet ^^
But… I asked the persons who sell it and they told me that from a stock 50 joules with 25.4 grains JSB, they could only tune it up to 55 joules (but, when I told them I’ll work on transfer ports to gain power, they told me no to as I’ll Risk to affect negatively the rifle, which drives me to think they have not even TRIED to open up a bit these TP. Plus, I know someone who pushed it to 110 joules with deeper mods, so I guess 65 joules is just minor mods.)

Another thing is that, sadly, I don’t own a drillpress (I’ve perfectly drilled through my s510 cylinder to reg it though, ’cause I’m the kind of guy who pays a LOT of attention when it comes to modify something he loves ^^) so… I’ll still be able to drill..

What I’m really not sure about though, is the way I’m gonna clean the burs off the inside of the bore… I definitely don’t want to scratch it but I’ll need to use hard metal tools.. I’ve seen Robert Lane video about it but it didn’t really convinced me..

Finally, there is the “shape” of your holes. I’ve read that, depending on it, the airflow will be affected.
Your drilled hole could look like a cylinder with sharp edges, or like a 3 steps stairs (drill through 3/3 with the small drillbit, through 2/3 with a bigger one and through 1/3 with an even bigger one) etc etc..
These are Just examples but I’ve seen much more shapes so…. Can you lighten me on this point please ?? =)

Nope mate !! My s510 is regged and by now, it came back to normal velocities (890 – 895 fps).. After few tens of pellets through it, I think the lead lubed it and pellets don’t have as much drag as a non lubed barrel.

I guess what you Said bullfrog and Totally agree with you, as the rifling gets deeper by cleaning the lead déposit, there more drag hence the diminuated velocities.
I didn’t remove the barrel though.
And I’m worrying a bit about how I cleaned it: using a microfiber pull through but starting from the muzzle and going to the breach end.. Hope it doesn’t mess with the barrel quality / finish or anything..

I also Wonder whether the accuracy is better with a pellet well “gripped” by the rifling or with a lubed barrel in which rifling will not grip the pellet as much..

    Yes.. Thought about it afterwards.
As I only use micro fiber, I don’t think it has any kind of importance, still, I don’t like it.
Just me being tired and dumb –“

Not when you have a regulated rifle shooting 895 fps over 55 shots for months which drops to 880 right after you’ve cleaned it mate..

Jking: Last time I checked velocities was the Day before ^^ using the same pellets with the exact same set up and temps =/

Dartagnan: I cleaned it using a pull through (homemade: microfiber), beginning from where the pellet exits.. I had to pull quite hard though as it would not pass the choke (by hard I don’t mean like a complete retard but for a few seconds, I thought it was gonna stay stuck before entering the choke)
Totally dry no lube or anything..

Now, I lubed 10 pellets with nappier gun oil Just for testing (I normally never lube my pellets) and the velocities came back to normal (maybe 3-5 fps less)..

    Any ideas ? =$

You gotta show me the pics then mate ;)
But I’d never detune a rifle to make it a good 25 yarder !!! In my opinion, with the way We are shooting, there is Just not enough challenge !! That’s why I love shooting at 100+ yards ^^
Even corvids… I’m not taking them down if they are less than 50 yards away ^^

Still, I’m seriously thinking of selling my s510 to get one of those vulcan in .25… Gorgeous pups with the power / caliber / accuracy I’m looking for…
I’d love not to be obliged to sell my rifle to finance another one but… Being a student sucks sometimes, not enough money for everything you want…

    Forget it guys…. –” AS I didn’t shoot for a long time, I forgot I had bot 1.030 grams and 1.175 grams jsb’s.. so I mixed 2 half empty boxes of jsb’s.. Now?? I have a single box of both 1.030 and 1.175 grams jsb’s x’D x’D
So everything is fine, the rifle is shooting 50 regulated shot with a 250 bars fill at an average of 895 fps with an ES of 9 fps… good I guess ;)
