    Cs4 Power supply

Hi, The referenced power supply is not a GX power supply. It is a generic, general purpose 12 volt 600 watt power supply. My friend is using it to temporarily power his CS4-i while he waits for GX to send him a replacement for the interior CS4-i power supply that failed. JackHughs

    GX CS4 Exernal Power Supply

Thanks, The 12 volt external power supply will stay on the shelf unless needed for emergency use, such as failure of the internal power supply. I would buy a GX external supply but GX is out of stock and the GX website says "accessories" are not currently being shipped to the US due to Tariff...

    GX CS4 Exernal Power Supply

You beat me to it. I had planned to ask if any of the forum members would please measure and post the the output (under load) voltage of their CS4 external power supplies. JackHughs

    GX CS4 Exernal Power Supply

Uodate: I have a CS4-I that worked properly right out of the box. So far, so good. As I mentioned in a previous post, I purchased a 12 volt, 1200 watt power supply from Amazon. It's overkill but It was on sale. I tested it this morning by topping off a tank. The compressor started and ran...

Kral Arms Kral puncher breaker bullpup mk2 under powered

I agree. Check the alignment of the transfer port in the barrel with the transfer port in the action. Also, this rifle should have two o-rings on the outside of the barrel that seal the transfer port and one o-ring inside the barrel that seals the probe. You could be losing air if any of...

    Cs4 Power supply

You have a CS4 with an external power supply, correct. A friend has a CS4-i with a bad internal power supply. He bought this power converter from Amazon...

    GX CS4 Exernal Power Supply

Success. My friend purchased a 600 watt 12 volt generic power supply and hooked it up to his disabled CS4-i. The pump works like a champ! I bought one of these to serve as a backup in the event of power supply failure in my CS4-i. JackHughs

    GX CS4 Exernal Power Supply

Thank you both. This is exactly what I need. A friend bought a new CS4-i that was delivered with a faulty internal power supply. GX is supposed to send him a replacement but.... His compressor works just fine from a car battery. So, I'm going to recommend that he buy an inexpensive 600 watt...

Good morning. If you have a CS4, would you please post the nameplate data for the external power supply. Thanks JackHughs

    Topping off at high pressure.

Start the compressor with the bleed screw open. Let it run under no-load for five seconds or so before closing the bleed screw. JackHughs

    GX CS4 Pressure Problem

A friend recently purchased a CS4-i and had similar problems right out of the box. GX advised him to test the compressor at 12 volts. He did, and it worked perfectly. The culprit was an out-of-spec power supply. It could be that, after a year, your power supply is failing. Try it at 12...

California has its problems but, here in Stanislaus County we have a "right to farm". Unfortunately, over the years a lot of farmland has been sold for housing development. JackHughs

What did you do airgun related today.

Bought another refurb Benjamin from AR - an Akelos this time to compliment the Kratos. JackHughs

Tuning Tuning regulator - can you have a reg set too low?

I don't dispute your assertion of multiple accuracy nodes. It's just that I've never encountered such nodes. I have an Impact for pellets, a Panthera for slugs, and I'm currently having fun gathering data with a Benjamin Kratos. Althought the Kratos is not pressure regulated, it has a valve in...
