    Tested without shroud in the field, shot 2 magazines, no spiraling, no shift. confirmed it caused by the clipping, ordered BAT silencer, i think this is the final solution... it's very hard to install the stack to the exact position that doesn't clip...i know it can be done, but it's difficult...

    1,Inspect crown and barrel, no burrs with cotton swab, see pic 2,Magzine exit is fine and smooth, 3, pushed a pellet out of barrel by hand, the pellet looks fine, but have no idea if it's too tight or not 4, I am sure the gun is new from ED to me, so nobody ever modified it. 5...

    Checked speed with Chrono, it's consistent, change velocity by 5 is a good idea, I will do it and see any change.i shot several magazines, it looks happened every shot

    Thanks feinwerk, the torque is 12lbf, it should be right, the mostly reason I doubt is the movement of plastic stack, I will align it careful ly and then check grouping.

    1, checked mag and probe alignment , it's normal; 2, checked o-ring of mag, tested pushing pellets out with pencil, it's fine! Have to test grouping without shroud and stack in field for another day.

    Thanks BH, it's there before I removed the barrel, to be honest, I am not sure when it began, I found it from the GoPro footage, and then found the problem some periods videos.

    i checked the rifling by removed the barrel off last week, it's clean and no damage...

    Just checked the alignment of the barrel, it's perfect as what i aligned last week, no change, there is no burr what we called crown, and very smooth... maybe a deep clean of barrel?
