According to all that I would probably drill 5mm hole from power wheel to valve, nothing bad can happen except better flow is it ?

Finally checked all, stock bold M6, port between plenum and valve pin 5mm, only thing which is 4.5mm is power wheel and port under power wheel which leading to a valve pin Looks like everything with ports is ok, except that this port on image drill to 5mm together with power wheel ???

Ok, checked, my port from above barrel to valve pin is 4.5mm include power wheel, only top thread which hold barrel is 5mm hole, brass inlet also 5mm but doesnt make sense because other holes are 4.5 from valve to barrel, my question, does it need to be drilled 5 mm all the way to valve include...

But power wheel is 4.5mm, so you drill that also ? When you mention transfer port, what do you mean on that, power wheel or port under , my royale has only brass port on barrel 5mm, power wheel is 4.5mm

Thats a lot of useful information, thanks ;) About model, I do not know but valve pin and seat was LP inside, valve retainer closed ...all that replaced with SHP and Hp japan kit....add Huma 150bar, checked stock bolt and its M6, I read that LP model have smaller M5 or ?, probably is problem...

Checked transfer port, 5mm, i read somewhere on forum that older models royale and boss have the same weight, but newer royales have lighter weight, maybe thats the reason of lower velocity, at 150 bar reg, velocity must be over 900fps with kings I think ?
