I never see any PRS shooters safety between transitions, only cocking lever / bolt back. Again I don't PRS compete...

There is no cutout for a safety. In Gerhard's prototype there isn't a safety. Mine doesn't have a one either. Reg is really hard to access on mine. It is easier to just treat it like the DRS Pro and do all tuning outside of the chassis and seat it after turning.
