I don't know which version it is, actually. I've got 4 of them new and used and never marked them. All my new ones were "the high flow" and I would recommend that option regardless. Like mentioned by TMH, the most perceived noise will then be hammer ping resonating through the enclosed stock.

Well, I meant it as more of a tongue-in-cheek con. It is fun and I was/am surprised at how much more ammo I used practicing rapid follow up shots or just plain "dumping the mag" as the cool guys say. Definitely a 1st world gripe and one I truly enjoy!
