As a beginner in air riffles I would be curious as the reasons why yall would pick a certain riffle.

AEA is a budget friendly option. I'm no expert and when getting into this I wasn't ready for the more expensive guns. AEA a SS .30 was my my pick. I've not had alot of issues in the 3 yrs of ownership. One broke valve pin which was inexpensive, available and a 15 min fix. I would recommend them...

I looking at the megalodon. I have the ss .30 now. Some cycling issues every now and then and a poppet replacement after a yr but nothing huge.

Has it ever worked for you? Or did you aquire the gun in that condition. Here is the best break down of that gun if you need it. I would take it apart lube it and see if that works.

Awsome Buddy! I'm kinda new to pcp's and had an issue with my gun recently. Ended up with a Google search on the issue and watched you do a complete breakdown on my gun. With that video and the help from this forum I got it fixed and learned alot. Keep it up.

So since these have to be filled so high does that eliminate the practical use of filling with a portable tank? Any of you using tanks to fill your gk1? If so what size tank and how many fills are you getting?

How many shots are you getting on a fill? Also have you shot it with just the front air tube attached. If so what's the shot count on just the front? Cool gun. Looks like so far it's not getting as bad a rap as the aea semi's. It's a quick fire power house for sure.

I've been using hose water in a 5gal bucket. I only fill my gun no tanks. If I'm shooting alot I put some frozen water bottles in the bucket. About 2 yrs no problems. Thinking of getting a tank for some portable shooting. If I get the tank I'll probably set her up a bit different after seeing...
