im loving my Skout compact I Got the dirty 30 I’ve been running the HN 50grns slugs at 50yards there about a 1 to 1.5 inch group at 900fps I think it could get better working with the dwell but haven’t played with it much I got a raccoon last night at about 65 yards no problems. the crazy stuff...

It just doesn’t fit the bill for me personally I wish it was more of an improvement over the mav but it’s not I did get the Skout epock compact in .30cal wow is all I can say

i just got my first Skout and I chose the epock compact because of it’s weight and size. im Coming from fx airguns I have an m3 impac, maverick and a dreamline and I have never been happier with an air gun the quick tuning is amazing not having to degas the gun to tune the reg is the best thing...

You buy a 2nd plenum section and replace the regulator section so you keep the first reg delete the 2nd

OMG they didn’t change the charging system from the mav same clamped rod style crap

You can single reg your maverick and order the quick tune kit from HPP done

I really wish it would of been a dynamic block vs the DRS would of really liked the larger plenum vs the tube barrel looks like a waist to me I’ll stick with my mav hopefully this is a wildcat replacement and the MAV 2.0 with a dynamic block is coming

So much easier to tune and way more efficient and I was able to get to 100fpe finally without having a 800mm barrel can’t wait to get a 800mm barrel and see what it can do

This is actually the saber tactical kit for the fx impact everything is the same the only thing you have to do is run a 30cal pin probe for the mav
