I checked now, I paid €33.0 for shipping from India to Norway. The shipping was fast though, the adapter arrived in 3 or 4 days.

My Trajectron was Adapter $23.99 + Shipping $17.11 = $41.10 total from India to Hawaii. Not that bad I guess, all things considered...
