I do chase them around from time to time when I am fiddling with my M4 but put theme back where they belong and have no problems .
Had to remove the magnets from the action/cocking mechanism. They came loose and caused the mechanism to block… parts are machined...

Yep.. there are some good disassemble and reassemble videos on you tube. You do not need a lot of special tools. Just time and patience...
