That’s about what I was experiencing for bc before. I would believe my numbers were off it I didn’t plug in wind and range data to hit a Firebird target first shot at 170 using the data of the bc being about .12 g1 bc

Finally had weather friendly enough to do the challenge. Did it with my Dreamline lite .22 600 mm with the 21 gr Javelins. Treated it as a know your limits so when I missed one I didn’t shoot the next target in the row. Got a 45! At 40 yards.

I have a 700 mm impact m3 but it shot the hybrids super accurate from 920-970 never really tried any slower

Attempted the Shooting challenge today and the wind switched on my halfway through but I didn’t pay that close attention till I was done shooting. I took a few sighter shots before starting noticed it was hitting a little off to one side so on all shots I held off based on my initial sighters...

Probably won’t have time to retune for a couple weeks. But will update this post with my discoveries upping the reg pressure.

In my initial testing last summer I shot for groups at 50 from 930-975 and it shot tightest at 965. So if I get it to 965 with a higher reg pressure and the bc is better I’ll take it. I can always go back to current tune if it doesn’t work.

I will definitely try upping my reg and retesting. What does your tune look like micro and macro? Also are you lubing the hybrids?

The gun is stock my reg pressure is about 135 using the standard barrel that came with the .30 impact in November 2021.

They didn’t shoot well at all hand loading either.

I couldn’t get them to shoot, that could be because they were turning really bad in the mag is there a simple fix to this? Going to try hand loading tomorrow if I get decent results I’d look to switch to these away from the hybrids so I can get a better bc, but if I can’t use a magazine not sure...
