They are sending me a new piece.

That’s good news. But I’m pretty sure it will be a “fixed” one they will send you. ( i don’t believe in one bad piece in a batch. They’ll know what to do the coming days …

but it’s a bummer you need to wait again…

I got two from Huma and they are both 6.62 mm.

    Order date: 03-05-2020

Anybody with a 25 call new (dual slot port) Huma piece can confirm what is a size for a pellet loading hole?

    Huma: 6.62 mm

Original FX port: 6.72 mm (new)

This is the one I ALWAYS forgetting to remove when I degas the gun :) Two times I found it on the floor but not today…maybe tomorrow a better day to look for it :(

And it's one of the most important o-rings 😂. By the way, you don't need to remove it, when you degas your gun. I hope that someone with better english skills can explain this.

Thanks,  kind of figured probe and outer rings. Just didn't know if there was one in the stainless sleeve I needed to worry about. I'll give it a shot tomorrow.

There's nothing inside the stainless steel sleeve. One is inside the brass transfer port:

In that kind of scenario you would probably want to keep your gun as silent as possible, so no firearms.

I would keep my Impact with a lot of spare o-rings

    And this:

...And of course my Gamo Replay 10 Magnum IGT, for a rainy day…

Before using the pick… dull and polish the pointy ends so that they won't scratch metal easily. When removing an o-ring from a groove, push the point straight down beside the o-ring on the sealing side with the pointy end parallel to the o-ring the rotate the handle sideways towards the non-sealing side of the grove to lift the o-ring. This will prevent scratching a sealing surface that would drive you crazy later with a slow leak.

👆 Yes, very important and good advice!

Quick question guys. My port just came in the mail. I know you have to heat it up to break the lock tight. Any chance of smoking any o-rings in the process? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sure the o-rings will burn, if you don't remove them. Take out one o-ring from inside the transfer port, and two from the outer side. It's very easy thing to do with a bent needle or something like that. I used this kind of tool (US $1.31 from Aliexpress):

IMHO, If your going through the trouble of replacing the brass barrel end with the dual port. It wouldnt hurt to break the sharp edges of the the port.

Yes, I was thinking the same, and I did it with a very small hand file. I didn't took a pic though.

Same as mine no problems at all.

    spyde82

yes mine to, the liner seats correctly so no problem 👍🏻

    heavy-impact

Doesn't hurt anything since the o-ring will be be pushed and seal to the outer face. if the gap were 1/4" it still seal the same.

Thanks all! I guess it will be fine then 👌👍

About the Huma "High flow dual hole transfer port": How does it fit on to your barrel? I have two of those, and they both seems to have a too short threading and they are tightened very well to the end. Is this going to be a problem? I don't have tools to do anything about that. Look at the pics:

Anyway, try yours, before you use the Loctite… 😉

and special Thanks to weatherby for the picture above.

It wasn't his picture. Anyway, nice to hear that you found the o-ring.

Uhm, what you mean by "probe orings" ? any picture? because I have no oring on the probe, metal to metal in between the probe and brass port.

There is one O-ring inside the brass port:

Yes, pellet probe, or feeding pin. For example here: https://www.krale.shop/en/pellet-probe-fx-impact/

I don't know the exact dimensions, but before porting the transfer port, have a look at this:

    What’s IWA ?

    Oregun

With the cancellation of IWA, I wonder how Daystate is going to announce their new, DeltaWolf?

One idea that I have is to stream a live event over AGN or AoA… Is this feasible?  Perhaps, Tony or Simon can chime in.  Michael & Robert, is this doable on your end?

    Just a thought…

Is that other kit from Michal in Poland doing anything other than just putting an external plenum on the regulator gauge? What other internal mods does his kit offer?   The other big boost in power is the HUMA High Pressure Regulator that allows you to take your gun up to 200 bar.  Not sure what the accuracy would be like though at that high pressure.

    Here is the kit:
