That has been my experience as well. I have a friend that has called the company and every time was taken care of very well. They even sent out a few different parts that may have been defective. They do have outstanding customer service!

I've had mine a. little over a year , everything has worked out well except the belt was put on crooked at the factory and smelled and wore out in a few months. I replaced it and haven't had the burning rubber smell or wearing of the belt since.

Maybe it was one of the first ones, I believe it was number 157 serial number, the other was 250ish. They do provide excellent service when needed.
