Bondhus T handle are what I use in my shop. What I believe to be better then the average set.

Agreed, very nice and reasonably priced.  Nice heavy handle.

It seems like they either go FX or Daystate. I notice guys that affiliate with airguns of Arizona will be daystate/brocock users. Utah airgun guys will be FX users

That would kinda make sense looking at who the primary distributers are.

This is why I appreciate channels like AEAC that don't represent anyone. Although I don't know if I've ever seen Steve trash a product either. A good reviewer, IMO, will review good and bad products and give honest marks as appropriate.

AEAC is great but watch the intro look at the sponsors.  He definitely represents companies although i think hes a trustworthy guy.

Here’s my problem with FX. IMO their product changes so fast that they really hurt the secondary market. I don’t need my airgun to make itself obsolete in under a year due to a power plenum, a STX liner, a superior liner. What’s next?

but to the point of the thread, yes, they market themselves very well. But EdGun has plenty of fanboys and does zero marketing.

Those are called rolling improvements and owners for the most part i would guess love that.  So you had a smooth twist impact back in the day and the impact x comes out.  The ST model is suddenly obsolete?  Even if they wanted to upgrade they could because FX work like that very well.  But hey who cares about facts.

Anybody have a guess on if one of those 500mm superior barrels could be fit on an existing Wildcat MKII?

Any 500mm liner will fit any 500mm stx assembly.  *assuming caliber isn't changing

Lots of cry babies here, do your research before buying.  If you don't like it don't buy it.

My point with this topic was, if FX would have made it possible to fit all the different caliber liners in one and the same sleeve, then they would have had the perfect system.

But what they have done now, also needing a different sleeve when changing calibers, i'm not really getting that. It costs more than a barrel swap normally costs with other manufacturers.

Maybe the Impact MK3 will get a "universal" sleeve. 🙂

The thing is the liner needs to be a certain wall size to be able to press the rifling on from the outside regardlessof caliber.  OD of the assembly needs to be the same to fit in the same block.  So the differing OD of the liner creates a situation where caliber specific parts are needed to hold the liner centered.

Bagnall and Kirkwood airgun spares sell this part

As well as the liner lock that are caliber specific.  So if you had a 700mm .22 and wanted it to shoot .25 all youd need is the part pictured in .25, a liner lock in .25, probe, liner and brass barrel inlet. You can save some money by going this route.

What they could do in the future is make the liner lock and pictured piece in .35.  Then offer caliber specific delrin bushes that make these parts work with any caliber.

Ah nice!  I had a nitesite ns50 that i used for years and worked very well.  Especially when you add a bigger flashlight makes it an ns200 easily.  I got it used for a good price.

Why don't you just put the pard onto this gun?  That would be super cost effective, or you want a setup for someone to join you?

Have to disagree with many choices here, as one mans junk is another mans treasure…I have both Gamo and Crossman NP, I polished internals, lubed, buttoned pistons, stiffened barrels with Carbon Fiber, re crowned now 1/4 to 1/2 inch groups all day at 30 yards…Yes they where raw out the box, like anything can be improved with a little TLC…With the NP I custom stained the stock and it is now one of my favorite and most beautiful guns…

How can you disagree? Its their opinion.

    Because it's my opinion :)

Ah ok so its your opinion that their opinion is wrong with their experience with their guns.

Ive used one of these for a couple years now, has a nice handle for carrying and protects the tank by sitting on the foam rolls.  Very durable.

Very cool and creative!  Not an easy task to add a plenum on the Crown and make it look good.

Nice gains too, so you drilled the block and threaded it?
