You just need to balance for what you need/want. For me, shot cycle was/is more important. I tuned my HW50 to about 10fpe. It's a pleasure to shoot and accurate out to 55 yards for FT. My full size underlevers (HW77, HW97, AA TX200 MkIII) I tuned to 11-12fpe mostly for shot cycle. I feel...

It’s a RAW with a LW 12 groove barrel, with a very slight choke.

I have found the same thing with the hybrids. The tins of H&N slugs that I’ve tried in .217 seemed to be slightly undersized. They were still a little tight but fit ok. The H&N slugs have been excellent quality too - very clean, consistent, and undamaged. I wish my barrel liked them :(

Thanks! I've tried NSA's in 17.5gr, 21. and 23 gr. I LOVED the fit and quality of these slugs, but my barrel wasn't as fond of them :p

My barrel is super tight, and really needs .216 diameter. The .217 slugs that I've tried are too tight. I'll take a look at them though.

I can't find anyone who currently stocks these. Has anyone heard anything about them, or if they've been discontinued?

My barrel is super tight. It prefers .2165 and some companies' .217's. Larger than this and the slugs are too tight to push into the breech.

30@50 ft-lbs - this rig is sucking some air!!! Nice looking rig though. I likely won't buy a Brocock/BRK until they learn how to properly stone a trigger sear :p
