I can't be positive I did not, will have to take it apart to see. The sear pin I am positive I get that correct.

So, I went in and modified my sear. It is nice, little creep and a nice 3-4 pound weight. Much improved. My problem is now the rifle will fire on safe. I made sure the plunger and spring are installed correctly and everything else is functioning. Thoughts?

Do I need to harden the sear after shaping it?

Do you end up resizing these at all? I cast and resized a bunch of bullets in my Seneca Recluse that shows up today, I like the idea of casting .22 slugs for this and my Hatsan 95.

Did you use some sort of bracket to ensure the correct angle or just freehand it? I think I will be tackling mine in the not to distant future.

So, disassembled my 95 to learn how it goes together and all, but I am having trouble getting the piston installed. All lined up but I cannot get it seated all the way to push in the pin. It is like it has a bit of preload which is hard to push in. Does this require a press or something?
