I too have gone round and round with Skout over the barrels, if you push test any one of the three most pellets will just fall right through, and yes the inside does look like the surface of the moon. Been looking to machine a barrel to fit as I think the rest of the gun has tremendous promise...

I guess that I was referring to challenging to shoot, benchrest you set up and it comes down to equipment it appears as most of the top shooters use the same equipment and when something new evolves they migrate to that ie the Red panda. Thats why I wonder if FT is more focused on shooting...

What would you feel to be the most challenging FT or Benchrest?

The guy (Bill Squillace) just won the pyramid cup and the northeast a few months ago and he is in his 70's, I think alot of the enjoyment for him is in the continual tuning and tweaking for a better outcome.

Yea he was second last year and has won numerous local events in florida he also just won the North East so shouldn't be too much of a mystery man I shoot with him regularly and he has put in the time so congrats to Bill again.

Not necessarily good for lugging around the woods and shooting squirrels
