Does this prevent the micrometer from changing setting or is this a grub screw that keeps it in place so it doesnt come out as a whole?

Deff. looked into that as well. Thing is, with shipping to Europe it become quite expensive very fast. And also, I really would like to have a lock system on it, since I handle the rifle in ways that it will be likely accidentally changing the setting.
