    My previous guns were a 22-250, .308, 41 Magnum, and a Ruger 22 pistol. I mostly target shoot. I used to reload everything except the .22. Looking to see how accurate an airgun is. Andy

    I am very confused by the plethora of different responses. Before buying the gun, I fired it. It is definitely over 1000 fps. I will fire it tomorrow at different ranges. I will fire some generic bullets that came with the gun. And then some target rounds I got at Wallymart.

    Thanks. A 4x32 scope came with the rifle. The rifle has a missing front sight. I am going to guess that the scope was mounted on the rifle at some point. Where can I buy the mount rings for that scope?

    I could use some advice on ammo. I bought a Crossman pump .177 caliber rifle for $30. It claims a muzzle velocity of 1200 fps. I bought some Gamo Red Fire 7.5 grain ammo. I do not plan on hunting, so I did not need a heavier bullet. Is that a good choice? I figured it would retain more...
