I have the Katran LB in .22 shooting at around 43 FPE (I messed around with the regulator). I'm using the 0DB 110C on top of the 2 moderator pieces that come with the gun. I tried a number of different options (Donny Tanto, Tatsu, FX and some TKOs). The 0DB was the best combination of accuracy...

I would start at 1/4 turn. I have messed with the regulator on my Katran a lot and started at 1 turn out. Was shooting over 50 fpe but very inconsistent. Kept working my way in until I was at about 1/4 turn out. Now shots very consistent at 40 to 43 fpe depending on pellet weight.

That's 3 pieces of the Airmaks moderator with a 0DB moderator screwed on the end. Have the gun shooting around 44 FPE and it does a great job keeping it quiet. Usually leave the moderator bits on. I have a long case I can put the gun in.

I made a bag rider for my Katran before their bag rider was available. Made it out of shrink wrapped 1/2" soft steel bar and bent it in the shape of the Saber tactical bag rider made for the FX Impact. Works great except I can no longer fold the stock. I'm curious how well the Katran one works.
