I think its the batch head size, the Baracuda was 5.50 and the FTT is 5.53

Thank you all for your input, I think the problem was pellet kind/weight. JSB doesn't exist where I live so I went and got a tin of H&N field target trophy and that fixed the low shots, maybe the gun didn't like the heavy 21.14 grains barracuda.

Can it mess with anything if it didn't have a barrel droop and I bend it? And what point should I bend? mid barrel or where the barrel and barrel block joins?

Exactly, if I remove the washers it shoots very low unless I crank it open loosely, which loosens the spring too much and risks losing the ball bearings and/or my elevation setting.

I have a target (big tin) at 180-200 yards, I get more hits after I added those washers but I'd rather figure out what's wrong and fix it properly.
