You also could have hooked the gun back up and bled the over pressure out through the tank pressure release valve.

All great points and good advice, thank you to everyone who has posted. I believe that the seals are being over compressed as was stated above, will try and shim the shoe. Also just as a why not idea , trying a smaller diameter seal prior to gun modifications.

Anything with a Lother Walther barrel will shoot them decent. Or crosman guns with Crosman barrels shoot them ok. My impact M3 shoots them ok. Crosman Pellets are ok to good, you won’t get match grade out of them at least I don’t. But on a nice day they can plink the hell out of spinners and cans
