Messaging with Hector today unfortunately for me he lives in Maryland now but he responded quickly although he is on vacation which tells me he is a stand up guy.

RWS Diana RWS 48 cocking arm locked up

Do not think it would be a pellet that’s stuck I was able to fire it once and saw where it hit the target. Unless a pellet has been stuck down in guide somewhere and was never realized by previous owner. Tried some lube on the trigger but being cocked makes me hesitant to try dissembling...

RWS Diana RWS 48 cocking arm locked up

Appreciate the responses. Have tried moving the lever back and forth and pressing button down but nothing will budge and don’t want to force anything. Wondering if I should try with safety in fire position and if that and oiling the trigger assembly is unsuccessful would the next step be firmly...

RWS Diana RWS 48 cocking arm locked up

Thanks for info but not sure I really want to tinker with trigger mechanism since it’s fully cocked and imagine it would do more damage to internals if it is dry fired especially with the pellet loading area stuck open

RWS Diana RWS 48 cocking arm locked up

The arm was fully cocked all the way back but only goes about half way forward and button is locked in down position. They say nothing is more useless than an unloaded gun but how about a loaded gun that won’t fire. I have a cleaning kit so at least was able to gently push the pellet out and...

RWS Diana RWS 48 cocking arm locked up

Just got this d48 and on the 2nd shot after I cocked the arm back it won’t go back into position. It didn’t cock very smoothly wondering if this would need to be sent for repair or any easy way to unlock it. The seller said it was sitting in the safe for years and is in excellent condition so...

    Benjamin Benjamin 422

Thanks septicdeath thought there was someone that does repairs on these 422s who is able to improve the performance on the strange 3 oring design but couldn’t find any info online since these are such oddball air pistols. Most repair shops don’t even take the 422s so that is probably who I was...

Anyone know a good place to send a Benjamin 422 for repair. They are tricky to work on and wondering if there’s someone who specializes in rebuilding them

Sheridan Sheridan blue streak pumping issues

Alcohol flush seems to have helped. Been able to pump 6-7 times with no issues so far. Still has the noise but not too worried about that. Hopefully it was just some debris obstructing the pump arm and if it happens again will try another alcohol flush but so far so good. Appreciate the response...

Also trying what someone suggested by testing the check valve so far arm has not raised at all. Also want to mention does not retain any air after firing.
