Thanks everyone! I try my best after getting tons of foundation damage.

Mines was 33 yards with a 160 fpe shot.

A groundhog is no match to an ~87fpe from a .30cal JSB Hades, especially when it's under 40 yards! Taken with the FX Maverick VP.

It's funny that you posted this, as I have a similar shot on a squirrel with my Benjamin Bulldog .357 shooting Polymags and there was nowhere near as much visible external damage. I guess I have ultra tough squirrels....

He had it coming, so I gave it to him! FX Maverick VP .30cal slinging 50gr H&N Slug II at 920fps. I used the ATN X-Sight 5 5-25x LRF with the built-in Ballistic Calculator, and it was dead on the money and dropped that slug right into the chest.

My FX Maverick VP .30cal with a 600mm STX liner shoots FX Hybrid Slugs and JSB Exacts pretty good, but accuracy starts to decline when I switch to the JSB Knockout 50gr and H&N Slug II ammo. Will I see a noticeable improvement if I replace the STX liner with the Heavy Slug Liner? Will the...

This is more like Most states allow shooting raccoon with an AG and some do not.

I would never be interested in spending money on an airgun related surprise. That's how you get a bunch of low quality junk that you didn't need.

Don't forget the Wildcat BT, which for all purposes is an FX Maverick with a different stock.
