You are probably correct. Then they should not advertise that it's possible to use RAV Calibration to get it to work with airguns.

I do have a Ballistic Gel Test, but unfortunately, the gel block is not airgun Squirrel sized.

That was an NSA 33.5gr slug. I no longer have a .25cal but they did great out of a 50fpe airgun.

I have had phenomenal luck with the .30cal FX Hybrid Slugs. The quality was exceptional and looked nothing like those you have shown. I also have had good luck with these in .357cal/9mm. Maybe the manufacture of these in the smaller calibers is causing an issue?
