    pretty proud of this....

There's no true answer. For an airgun god like Ted a 24 yard shot with an 11.96 ftlb gun would be a breeze but for someone like me who is only just getting confident with my new gun in a new calibre it's a fairly complicated ordeal. Presumably you're in the states (no offence if you're not)...

My black ops (Dan Wesson) 6 shot co2 revolver. .177 steel bb Not sure of specs.

    pretty proud of this....

I've not yet tried the JSB pellets. I've got about 4000 crossman accupell to get through yet..... Yikes.... They're definitely on my list though. I might have to get a sample pack and see if they fit my magazine. The .22s work a treat in my old GunPower Stealth so it'll probably be sooner...

    pretty proud of this....

My first what I would call "long range" Kill.... 72 feet. Not bad going for a sub 12ft/lbs. This is why I love the .20Cal. I've become a lot more confident.

    Cheap as chips scope mount.

A picture will have to do for now. YouTube on my android phone is being awkward. Once I've figured out my camera setting on my phone I'll upload a half decent video.... I hope.

Yup lines up with the reticle nicely! I'll be heading out today so I'll take a few videos and upload them on YouTube and post a link on here! :)

    Cheap as chips scope mount.

I'm not a rich man.... In fact thanks to the conservatives being re-elected I'm probably going to end up being a very poor man. But that's beside the point... I wanted to get a scope mount but simply couldn't afford to get a decent one. So I brought a cheap phone case off Amazon and used...

    Sub 12 fpe - .177, .20 or .22?

.20 every damn time. I've got a theoben rapid mk1 in .20 and it's honestly the best all round calibre I've ever used. Straight as a .177 and hits almost as hard as a .22. This is just an opinion though.

    Rabbit headshot problem

Thanks guys, You've all put mind at ease. I've always been as humane as possible with my kills and never thought about them too much after but that one really stuck with me. At least I now know that little critter was indeed dead and didn't suffer. Thanks for all your advice and help. *tips...

    Rabbit headshot problem

Hi guys and girls I've been shooting for a good long while now and I'm more than used to the odd rabbit kicking about for a few seconds however I took a clean 25 yard headshot on a rabbit with my Theoben Rapid 7 Mk1 .20cal and this rabbit kicked about for a good 30 seconds. It was pretty...

    I'm officially a .20cal convert!

I've always been scared of using a .177 to hunt rabbits because of the lack of stopping power (this is probably stupidity on my behalf) But on the other hand I've had somewhat of a dislike for how fast a .22 drops from a sub 12 ft lbs rifle. So after a bit of research I tried a .20cal and...

    Rabbits on my new permission

Crikey that's pretty gnarly! I'd love to get my hands on a .25 but to get a firearms certificate is a lengthy wait over here. Not to mention it's a lot of money and strict guidelines you have to adhere to. We have to have: No criminal record. cabinet bolted to wall. A lockable box inside...

    Rabbits on my new permission

Sir Ted, You have no idea how honored I am to have you personally reply to my post. It's now one thing I can tick off my bucket list! I've now tried both of your ways to prep and cook the rabbit and it's absolutely incredible! Permissions are like hens teeth over here. Although my area is...
