bumped problem solved.

Yes I did it exactly like the videos but for some reason air is leaking from that hole I circled the Atmospheric hone it seems as something is blocking air from going past that point and charging the plentum

***** Update******* it turned out to be the o-ring behind the second regulator and it would bleed some air no matter what out of the atmospheric pressure hole until you open up the second regular past a certain point. Not really sure how that o-ring blew from just removing the bottle and...
