Leaks scare me on some air guns, and especially with the electronics in some of the daystate as. But if reputable you should be okay

I like the Vortex scopes, I have a razor gen 3 that I love, but leupold might have some nice ones in that range.

I’ve used Poly for coats on the Turkish walnut stocks and usually they come out good. The factory finish is awful.
