25 yard parallax is fine for me as I sight in my rifles to be dead on at 20. I only use magnifications above 4x at 30-50 yards anyway so the whole parallax thing never is an issue for me.

I like to take Tightbond III waterproof wood glue and pour a little into a ketchup cup ( like found in a fast food restaurant) then give the entire stock inlet two light coats with a small paint brush.The glue will soak into the unfinished wood and harden therefore sealing it and help defend...
