I dont see how anything could be much quieter then my HW100 .177, shooting 16ftlbs. All you hear is mechanical noise and a pffft! Believe the HW110 has more plastic on it, the HW100 is built like a tank.

Had both all my life, hunted with both but sold all my powder burners except for my .40 pistol and strictly shoot/hunt with airguns now.. Used to predator hunt a lot and had beagles for 40 yrs but cant do the walking anymore. So now I squirrel hunt and eliminate starlings/English sparrows.

Probably because they might get the guns on loan from a dealer and dont want to finger print them up before returning them would be my guess.

Dont mind giving guns attention after warranty's are out until then that's what warranty's are for. While I dont mind working on some guns part of the reason I buy new is for the 2-5 warranty manufactures say they will honor.
