    Huben All Things HUBEN K1

The rubber goes in between the 2 trigger adjustment screws in the rear. Keeps them from backing out. If those screws out of adjustment the gun could shoot multiple shots from one trigger pull.

Very unfortunate about the unintended consequences of Now having a leak after having the gun repaired..so-called. As For the initial problem of poor accuracy The 1st Place to look When having accuracy problems out of a proven platform like the Huben is baffle clipping. If there is no sloppiness...

    Airforce Airforce condor poor accuracy

If the pellet is going through any baffling Most likely clipping is the problem.

    Airforce Air Ops Chassis

Sorry for the late reply. I had a serious accident. Layed up at the hospital for a couple weeks. The plate stays in. Chassis goes over the top.

The only reason the sear roll pin is longer is because that's The forward attachment for the AR adapter on that particular build. The one you get will Attach normally With the usual bolts in front and back. That is a pretty cool trigger on arm. It should work well with the AR adapter.

    Airforce Air Ops Chassis

My favorite current build with the AR adapter is when combined with the bullpup kit like in this .30 caliber. Ergonomics are greatly improved.

    Airforce Air Ops Chassis

I think they were $150 shipped. Notice the trigger is Close to the the back wall. Depending on the gun some needed a 1.5 mm spacer between the Plastic trigger shoe and the trigger to move it forward a bit, for the trigger to reset Proper. If you have one of the newer frames Is when mounted...

    Airforce Air Ops Chassis

I'll give it some thought, but I really would like to keep the last one. Also, something to keep in mind is the newer Frames that have the plastic trigger guard mount an inch forward Compared to the older frames, which is what the Is current AR adapter is designed around. It may Still fit...

    Airforce Air Ops Chassis

I made a dozen of these while back. Sold them all except for one I kept for a personal build. May do it again at some point but too many irons the fire right now.

Huben k1 before and after barrel polish

Whatever you run through the baffling to align it make sure it's very straight and soft where it touches the barrel so it's not too damage your crown. The air stripper I use is a Hatsan. I removed the brass Center piece to lessen the possibility of clipping there also and still benefited from...

Huben k1 before and after barrel polish

I was blessed with a very accurate Huben from from the start but, I was also able to take it from good accuracy to incredible accuracy by taking the time to align and stabilize the baffles in the tube. Baffles appear to be machine pressed and shaped and while the reasonably well fitted to the...

Huben k1 before and after barrel polish

Huben bores are notoriously large. If your pellets or slugs are not sized large enough to offer some marginal resistance going into the mag your not going to get optimal accuracy.

Noise - when 90 fpe doesn't sound like 90 fpe

Three-piece anti- bounce Hammer arrangement for Airforce guns. Requires a 4in hammer spring in order to achieve no preload On Hammer.

Noise - when 90 fpe doesn't sound like 90 fpe

I'll pull the hammer Arrangement sometime this week and take you a pic. You want the breach very lightly resting on the valve head /top hat. Too much preload on the spring will cause more hammer bounce, waste a lot of hair and mess with your accuracy.
