With it sitting quite proud of the tank I'd just be inclined to have it whilst setting reg up and then removing both gauge and adapter once set up to save it from getting knocked.

I don't think that can be right, I would be trying 1.2 jets and having reg at around 80-90 bar. I was running two .6 jets with the reg set at around 100bar and was pushing the jsb kings at around 25fpe. Also choose a larger puck, people in UK have 2.8mm puck diameters for sub 12.

Ive had this problem with mine, but found that the placement was off and wasn't getting a true reading, once I straightened it up and secured it better it would be fine

See alot of these compressors now on eBay and amazon. Tempted by them but do hear mix reviews, but the price difference alone from the gun branded ones makes me want to take the plunge. Be interested to see how you get on buddy
