Ive thought about just replacing the whole valve assembly. As far as debris go I've cleaned the whole valve assembly as well as the tank each time with no change. I questioned the valve spring being weak also but hatsan said that's not possible.

I'd look at customer service and parts availability before I made a decision. Hatsan does not openly list parts for sale on they're website and you have to go through a parts request in order to buy parts. They do not answer they're phone ever and each email you send will take several days...

If it's the stock yong heng water pump you can look on the back of the pump and there is a rotating door that controls the water inlet flow. Make sure this inlet door is fully opened.

If your running your system for 15 to 20 minutes at a time and only reaching 57C then I'd say you have a very efficient set up.
