Fully synthetic air tool oil with no solvents. They sell it in bulk as "air tool oil". Almost all paintball oils will be sold this way. If it smells like kerosene or petroleum at all its probably not going to be what you want to use. Air tool oil has a very faint smell. Follow manufacturers...

Here is a photo of a clip from ebay if you google daisy 2002 clip you can get an idea. I think they're a cool concept but I don't know that I would spend my time to get one up to speed. At the same time, 35x pellets sounds pretty fun.

Most of these machines will take a basic CAD file and there are a few softwares that exist for the purpose today. I would just do a google search for "getting started with CAD" or something. I used to work with a water jet which is similar, but it was a full on industrial extremely expensive...
