He is correct Okie but it depends on how long of a rifle you want to carry in the woods. If you will be 90 pct bench or hide shooting then go for the regular condor and add a donnyfl. But it will add at least another 6 or more inches to an already long gun. if you like to walk and shoot med to small game most of the time, the SS is perfect and you can up the power if you "really" need it. Good luck deciding. either way its a great gun. I love my SS in 25 cal.

I have had one for several years and love that rifle. I have mine set up shooting the JSB heavies at at about 56 fpe. But you can get them shooting about 80 fpe if needed. Very accurate out to 100 yards. Did the golf ball challenge out to 175 yards no problem.

Mine also shoots the H&N Grizzlies very well out to 100 yards. (Just dont wash or lube them) For some reason all accuracy is lost when this is done.

Washing and lubing the JSB pellets works great and helps keep your fingers cleaner due to the single loading.

I kept mine stock for a long time then I got a new but stock, Installed an (adjustable tophat best upgrade ever) and power spring an heavier hammer from Talon tunes. With slugs I believe I hit 90 fpe. I will try to find my data to confirm exact numbers. I havent been shooting at all for several months due to some family and health issues.

For the money you are getting a great gun. Powerful, accurate and light. Many options to upgrade if your a tinkerer. Im sure Im forgetting a lot of stuff so If you want message me and i will look up what I have.

Hey L. Leon nice shooting. Maybe next spring I can get up there with my camper and we can meet up and do some shooting. My brocock does not adjust that much between hi and low settings unfortunately.

Hey Jammin…. how do you do your setup?? Do you use mouth calls or electronic? Popup blind or in the woods?

Hopefully this is a joke . Anthony besides being wrong to do  morally that is an illegal act. You can get in big trouble doing that and so can your parents for not stopping you. I don't know how old you are but you should take a hunter safety course and learn the laws before shooting at deer or any animal. Besides a red ryder bb gun is not good for any humane hunting. And most of all you should not post on public forums about shooting animals until you understand the rules and laws.  Just be careful what you do because people are watching.

I absolutely love my 25 cal condor ss. Very accurate and powerful. Light. Lots of mods to be done if you want. I actually like that it is a single shot and have learned to reload pretty quick over the years.

I agree with L Leon. Someone else a while ago was having the same problem. They ended up figuring it out. It was overloading the breaker because it was running several other things in the house. Bring the compressor to a outlet that is a straight run back to the breaker box. Most likely it will be your clothes washing machine.  Just unplug whichever outlet is a single use outlet and try it there. My air venturi compressor works on a 15amp breaker no problem. If that doesn't work you  I would take the cover off and check all your wires and connections. Good luck. Let us know what happens.

Thanks socaloldman. I love my bantam hi lite but the extra magazine killed me. To pay 10 percent of the price of the gun and one included mag for an extra mag really hurt. It doesnt make much sense either. Thanks for the info.

I would change the two o rings first. Cheap and easy to do. Then check the top hat like shambozzie said. Just dont over tighten the tiny screws. They can push right thru and ruin the inside of the top hat.. i would also recommend getting an adjustable top hat as soon as you can. It made a huge difference in my condor ss.

N8 its funny you say that. Where i deer hunt in upstate NY there are a ton of little red squirrels that drive me nuts up in my stand. Not much bigger than a chipmunk but louder than 3 deer walking by. So now i go a few weeks before deer season if possible and take out as many as possible.

Nice pic. What is that in the background? State land, water resevoir? Can you hunt it? Now keep an eye out for daddy.

My guns do that when the barrel is dirty. I know you stated you cleaned it. But i would do a thorough cleaning and check your fps over a chrony. Good luck. Let us know what happens.

I dont know if you have red squirrels by you? But if you do,  your in luck. Open all year with no limits. Also chipmonk, rats, pigeons, starlings, house sparrows, porcupine. Just know, you need a hunting license in NY even if your pesting. If you go in the woods to hunt or shoot unprotected species you must have a license. I have to say hunting the small hyper red squirrel is my favorite.
