Sightron S-Tac is made in the same factory by the same company that produces the Vortex Viper PST Gen 2. Exact same scope, just branded for Sightron. Both are decent optics. There are some other good choices around that price range though.

Vortex lists elevation at 110 MOA and windage at 78 MOA. Pretty typical for a 34mm tube system. This almost seems like a "baby" Razor HD Gen II.

Now we just need someone to gather up all three and do an exhaustive review. Vortex has publicly stated on their IG and other social media feeds that the glass is optically not as nice as their PST line of optics; but the rest of the feature set is amazing at this price level.

Vortex Diamondback Tactical 6-24x50 - great glass for the money, 30mm tube, FFP, focuses down to 10 yards. I have one and I'm looking an excuse to buy a couple more! Throw in the Vortex VIP warranty and you can't beat it. Plus, you have some money left over to buy a few tins of pellets 😉

Each gun is a little different, the only true way to figure out 100% would be to buy a tin of each and test them out. Generally it seems the 18.1gr is more accurate to 100yds, but there are always some outliers! Testing to figure this stuff out is one of the most fun aspects of this hobby, at...
