TGBSS - Airgun of the Year Award

Which guns have won the previous years - I only recall AA (at least recently). If that is the case, then the voting may be strange.

    Cricket gauge removal tool

Thanks so much for the offers!!! The forks didn't work. There is a local PCP Gun shop that I'll contact. IF they don't have a solution then I may need to take you up on the offers. Really appreciate it.

    Cricket gauge removal tool

Ahh, found a thread where some suggests using two kitchen forks and clamping them ... I'll give that a try but I don't think the forks I have are thin enough.

    Cricket gauge removal tool

I have a Cricket BP (original) with a slow leak from the gauge. I'm too cheap (poor) to but a gauge removal tool ... does anyone know of an alternate way of removing the gauge? Thanks in advance!

Do you believe designing a rife with a unnatural cocking arm at the extreme back end absurd ?

LOL whatcha mean "don't make sense" ? Was your head in the wrong place when Goldwing told the previous person that his head was in the wrong place for the same opinion? Go, tell him Goldwing ...

    Buyers beware

Wow! The original post was ok ... and then people on here, like GRITCH, come over as Moderator edit: insult and vulgarity removed. He gets into an argument with yinniedn and then tries to change the subject when he is proven wrong - and then later tells the OP that " your story is just a fantasy...

Which would you choose of these 2 PCP’s, and why?

I have an older Wolverine. Great gun, but I can't get it over 30 fpe. If you do get a Daystate, I'd recommend trying to get one with more power. I think I'd be satisfied with about 38 fpe (in .22).

German video on Deformed Airgun Pellets, 10m Target Shooting

German video on Deformed Airgun Pellets. Interesting, but I assume the results would have been measurably different at higher speeds and further ranges, and especially in windy conditions. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=22q5mjHsGTQ

N50 with FX Boss .25 cal and Anschutz 1907

Gee, that's excellent shooting. Holly Molly that Anschutz card is fantastic.

Bantam vs. Uragan vs Renegade HP

Nice shooting and a very good post to show real-life performance. Also, those are interesting power levels (pellet speeds). Uragan looks good at about 950 fps (calc'd). In real-life performance I find that my longest and heaviest gun (old Daystate Wolberine B) is the easiest to shoot...

20 MOA - Maverick Vs. Wildcat mk3 BT

Google ... if it helps anyone: Technically, those 20 MOA that you have in favor of the rail of the Maverick Vs. the Wildcat mk3 BT, what distance would we be talking about in practice? I own a Maverick with a Vector Taurus 3-18×50 FFP scope; and I would like to purchase the new Wildcat. Will...
