How difficult would you say it is to get the regulator out of an Edgun?

looking for a huma regulator for Edgun r3

Have an Edgun r3 in .22 and it’s only shooting around 720-745 fps until it’s closer to 130 bar where it goes up to 1080 previous owner...

Anyone know why when I feel it to bar it’s shooting at 670fps the previous owner said it was tuned for 18g JSB pellets at 840 and a 200...
