I just don’t get the water and TP thing. If you run out of TP then use tissues, napkins, paper towels, or go old school and use old washcloths and then wash them out. Better yet, make your own. Fill your utility sink 1/2 with water and a cup of bleach. Put in a bunch of non-glossy newspaper...
