Knowing I would put a 30mm dampamount on this rifle it would take the cost about $90 over the competitions max, I will be happy to pick a lower figure and not tell anyone $979.90. 

When I tried the rifle the cocking lever felt fine to me despite its shape, the only drawback was the effort. the effort would have been acceptable as a hunting field rifle but would have been too much for a field target event.

I tried on last year, super nice rifle but the cocking effort was very high, which may have been due to the rifle being FAC.
