Just wanted to get back to this. The 75 probably isn't good enough. I upgraded to a 22 p-rod that SLAPS. I dead centered a pigeon with the 75 and it flapped around on the ground, then flew off. Lethality is suspect, but the aim is fantastic. I'll be looking to sell the 75, probably on this...

Thank you for the explanation. It makes sense why you'd play it safe with such a high volume of water in that case.

This is interesting, is the water to ensure the YH doesn't overheat from a much smaller internal reservoir? Or is it required to run coolant like that? If so, how often do you change the water?

Is a hw75 considered too weak for this? Given how much everyone loves them. Certainly wouldn't recommend it further than 20' though. (I've used it with some success on pests, but not predators)
