    Ted's videos

Is Ted still making videos-if so where do you find them? I always enjoyed them and feel they are responsible for my interest in air guns. I went to the old Ted"s Holdover and found no new ones and the statement directing people here but can find no videos. Thanks Canoeist

New Air bottle for FX 400

I just became aware of a new air bottle available for the FX 400. I understand it is carbon fiber so I expect it would be lighter than the metal one. Does any one know how much lighter ? Also, is there any increase in number of shots-if so, by how many? Thanks for any info. you may have...

    What Chronograph should I buy??

Oehler 35P is what I have and I am very pleased w/ it. It is the one that many Gov't agencies use ie Alphabet org. It costs more but you get your money's worth in my opinion. Do an internet search and see its capabilities. Canoeist

    Illuminated Reticles yay or nay?

Like others have said they can be of benefit early morning or late evening and I have used mine a time or two shooing into the sun more or less where the glare makes it difficult to see the cross hairs. I also have used mine shooting on a moon lit night where I can see the target but have...

    Smooth Twist barrels

SteveS: Sir, no BS I sort my pellets into groups based on .1 grain wt. differences and what I stated is in fact the truth w/ this rifle. I did fail to mention that this rifle is regulated. I feel that you calling me a liar is uncalled for and is not justified. Your comment has rendered...

I have a FX 400 Royale in .22 caliber and it has a smooth twist barrel. With that gun I can shoot matchsticks in two practically every shot at 50 yds. assuming the wind is friendly. At 100 yds. that gun will put shot after shot into a quarter size circle if the wind cooperates A friend of mine...

    Question for Ted:

Mike: Where can one get a single shot tray like yours?
  9. C

The gun you like the most and why.

Without a doubt it is my old Daisy Red Ryder. I shot more bandidos, African lions, raiding ner do wells, pests, grasshoppers etc etc with that rifle than any others since..

    Question for Ted:

Ted: I saw in another post that you mentioned setting up your FX 400 for off hand and speed silo. If you have time I wonder if you could expand on what exactly you did?

Welcome to AIRGUN NATION - please introduce yourself here!

I did not say anything about myself in my previous post so here goes. I am a life long hunter as and have done some competitive shooting, both pistol and rifle. I learned about PCP rifles about 2 years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed the new game. I have a FX 400 Royale in .22. To me it is an...
