    p-rod setup and string?

You need to increase the hammer spring setting a bit until the bell curve off reg. goes away and you are left with no rise or very small rise in velocity when you come off reg. Then you can turn the striker adjustment CCW a bit to bring the velocity back down where you want it.

    .25 Marauder Gen2 Bstaley Tune

Nice tune, but unless the gen 2 is very different from the gen 1, with only 2 o-rings and 6 turns cw on stroke, the hammer isn't even hitting the o-rings.

    Regulated Marauder Shot Strings

Depends on caliber. Not much to be gained in .25, but .177 and .22 respond well to regulation.

    Optimal Barrel Length

Lots of variables to consider. A lot depends on valve flow characteristics and dwell. A setup that can deliver a given velocity with short dwell will favor a shorter barrel for that velocity and vice versa.

Frustrated with my .22 cal Marauder

The constant downward slope is your problem. What you want is for the velocity to start out low, rise slowly to a peak, and then drop back down to where it started. Just worry about the shape of the shot curve, not the velocity, when adjusting spring tension. Once you've got a nice curve with...

Sorry for being a bit late to the show...I just discovered this forum. Your graph indicates that you have too much hammer spring energy. Decrease your preload or use a lighter spring.
