When others are talking about ft/lb energy is there a common or specific pellet weight that is common to determine that value? Different weights would change this value. In some instances it can be significant at least in my mind?

Just a follow up...today in the mailbox was a box from Hatsan USA. I guess I would consider that good customer service. Took less than 2 weeks, no questions asked...Just "we will send you a new part."

Got the Hatsan put back together. Everything seems to work properly with this bushing. The broken piece and spring are left out. Still not 100% certain what the broken part does even after looking at diagrams, etc. Hatsan USA said they will send me a replacement but never heard any follow...

I made a bushing. The 5mm dimension seems correct. I made this in brass quick, is this what im trying to achieve? I believe I will omit that spring?

It does look similar but I don't believe it is. I got a bunch of those at a flea market awhile ago, not sure what they actually are as far as mfg. I put this on a surface plate and checked with an indicator and it was basically parallel so I don't think it would help with droop...if that makes...

Just a follow up. The droop mount made a significant difference, I was able to get the elevation adjustment mid point. I also experimented with other pellets, crow magnum 8.8gr got me right around 800fps average. Probably look for other pellets around 9gr to test.

Excellent description. I can make a bushing for the existing pin when i get into this. Im new to the inner workings of triggers, etc. Your info is helpful and much appreciated.

Not needed? Is there any way to point me on the direction regarding the bushing on the original design. I suppose I should take this apart so I understand a bit more on the design.

Thats what I was thinking. Wouldn't be that hard to fabricate. The only issue is I'd probably never get around to doing that with all the other things I need to do around my place. But yes very doable...
