The minimum used on my last hunt was my HW35 shooting a 7.87 JSB @ 827 average. Most shots were at 30 yards. There were no pellets that failed to penetrate the 10 bagged birds from any angle. A gusting 15 mph wind was the biggest problem.

What state is this? Do you ever see any in the day? It looks like a lot of fun.

I am also a free pistol shooter. A fellow competitor started weight lifting. I assumed it would help his shooting. As he bulked up, his scores went down. He said he thought it was a detriment to his fine motor skills. I don't often see muscle bound free pistol or air pistol shooters on the podium.

I am still happy with mine. So happy, I bought another one for a lifetime supply! Many 25 yard groups 3/8 ctc, and not hold sensitive, it does not sound like a slinky upon cocking or firing either.

I have a variety of rifles to shoot pigeons with. The least powerful is a Diana 35 that is shooting 625 with 8.4 grain pellets. My shots are 35 yards. Should I leave this one at home?

I just received a master version in 17. At 15 yards it is shooting one hole groups with a variety of pellets. It shoots nearly as good as my FWB 300, and at more velocity, from the bench. Shooting offhand it is hard to beat the FWB trigger. I can't believe that the LGV has not dominated the...
