Thanks. This seal seems to be my issue, which allows air to bleed out the lower grub setscrew which holds in the valve body. The valve is tight and sealed so no air out the barrel just dumping around the entire valve block assemby. I disassembled and lubed the oring on a trial and it stopped...

Thanks Jack. One more question as I'm new to the Leshiy Platform. Using 350mm barrels, does the barrel outside diameter change with the caliber or are they all the same so shroud would work with all calibers of 350mm barrel lengths? Thx bradco

Another vote for the FX Tarantula. Picked one up in 22cal quite a few years back with the Graded wood and it's a shooter, and looks good doing it. I like the newer stuff but the Tarantula hits a sweet spot. Easy to rebuild, accurate, etc. -bradco

wimpanzee - Sounds like a quick 2 week turn around, correct? Did you do a basic reseal and rebuild on the entire system? I may have the same problem after about 4 years as it seems like this is about the timeframe and failure mode. thx - bradco

Been looking at these as well. With the shorter compact tube of this style scope, which one piece scope mount would be the best for mounting. 

Jack.K - New member here, looks like a great item. Trying to learn as much, as quick, as possible about teh L2. Does your Shroud work with the 250mm or 350mm barrel? Would one length be better than the other to tame down? Thx - Brad
