    Freakin Pellets

Like rimfire benchrest finding the correct cartridge is a large part of the battle. In the case of air guns the correct pellet. One of my frustrations is the lack of lot numbers on pellets these days. Find the correct pellets and you can’t get any more.

    Curious What’s Considered Decent Accuracy

Great shooting, certainly better than minute of sparrow.

Another doppler radar chronograph, small mounted to the gun

I still like my LabRadar. I use an inertia trigger to cure triggering problems.

Beautiful, but not functional pellet pouch

I remember that same design used for a coin pouch when I was a kid.

    Scope torque values?

I tend to use a bit of heavy oil on the threads and toque to 15 to 20 in/lb. Never had any problems.

Any experience with Burris rings with the MOA inserts

I agree, I have several sets. I use them on both powder burners and air rifles.

Yesterday i asked if chrono is needed. Now i want to know if to buy FX, Caldwell or something else and why?

I have a LabRadar and use it for airguns and powder burners. Works well for both. It needed to go in for service after about 6 years of service. Other than that it’s been great. I like it’s ability to figure BC on odd bullets.

Would you switch from MOA to Mil if you really wanted a scope?

I’ve gotten so used to MOA I don’t think I would change.

    Odd FX Chrono problem

Mine started to be intermittent and had to have the transmitter replaced. $200.00 out of warranty.

How many days per week do you shoot an airgun?

I'm lucky enough to have 50FT indoor at my shop. Most shooting is for testing but its still fun.
