I have tried .218 and .217 at different speeds but this is what the worked best for me, i have a 800mm tensioned barrel and tried more than 10 heavy liners in 1:16 and 1:18 twistrate. The best for me was a 1:16 twistrate. And yes 1-4 on micro settings makes a lot but turnig on hammer valve...

I think 33grain is sufficient to do that, i have also a drs 700 pro and try 40 grain but i have only 8 shots per fill. Whit 33 grain did i have 16 shots per fill at least, and they are good. Shooting like a laser.

I use .217 40 grain in my m4 at a speed of 984 feet per second with sub moa results at 150 meter or 165 yards
